Dibea E19Pro 2-in-1 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
Dibea E19Pro is 2-in-1 cordless, bagless vacuum cleaner, intended to be used as a lightweight stick vacuum cleaner and strong handheld vacuum.
Dibea E19Pro follows the same design phylosophy found at Dibea D18 convertible cordless vacuum, but introduces several very important improvements.

Dibea E19Pro Features and Specifications
Dibea E19Pro is powered via lithium 2200 mAh battery that requires 4-5 hours to fully charge. Unit comes with 250 watts high-efficiency brushless motor, providing 17 kPa of suction in Maximum Suction Mode and 10 kPa of suction in Normal Suction Mode.
Note: these are excellent suction values, but knowing actual CFM at any given suction would be great.
Battery holds enough charge to be able to power the vacuum for 20 minutes in Maximum Suction Mode and for 30 minutes in Normal Suction Mode, using non-motorized power tool. When powered cleaning tools are used, operating time is somewhat shorter.
When unit arrives, it must be assembled, which can be done rather quickly. Also, be sure to charge the battery fully.
Although Dibea DE19Pro is an easy to use and maintain vacuum cleaner, be sure to read the manual before the very first use - just in case ...
Dibea E19Pro converts easily from stick vacuum to handheld and back, requiring no tools.
As stick vacuum cleaner, it is very lightweight unit and rather maneuverable thanks to the full swiveling main cleaner head.
Main cleaner head features brushroll optimized for cleaning carpeted areas and additional soft brushroll for cleaning bare floors.
High-end vacuum cleaners from Dyson, Tineco and similar companies come with two different main cleaner heads/nozzles, allowing faster switching. But, such units also cost more.
Dibea E19Pro main cleaner head features very low profile, allowing the user to clean under beds, sofas and similar objects. To aid with cleaning such surfaces, main cleaner head also comes with LED headlights.
Note: main cleaner head is of simple, yet efficient design and it does its job well. However, there isn't any automatic system for removing tangled hair, lint, fibers and similar debris - it is up to the user to manually remove such dirt periodically from the brushroll when required.
Dirt bin is transparent, with total useful volume of 550 ml, which is good dirt bin capacity in this class. Dirt is emptied via bottom emptying system, directly into the trashcan.
Air filtration is good, and as stated by the manufacturer, Dibea E19Pro features HEPA air filtration. Unfortunately, HEPA levels differ significantly, so it would be nice to know exact HEPA level of unit's air filtration.
Note: According to the manufacturer, Dibea E19Pro comes with washable H10 (HEPA) main air filter. Problem is that there is no such thing as H10 air filters - there are:
- E10, E11, E12 Efficiency Particulate Air (EPA) Filters,
- H13, H14 High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filters, and
- U15, U16, U17 Ultra Low Penetration Air (ULPA) Filters.
E10 air filter features filtration efficiency of only 85% - it captures 85% of 0.3 microns or larger particles.
Air filtration is multilayered and is based on cyclonic action, combined with mechanical air filters. Since, all air filters are washable, this leads to very low maintenance costs.
For short, unit features good air filtration, but it is far cry from true HEPA air filtration, which captures at least 99.97% of 0.3 microns or larger particles.
Battery may be charged after each cleaning task - it doesn't have memory effect like older battery types. Also, this prepares the unit for the next cleaning session.
Some users leave battery charger connected to the unit indefinitely, but personally, I would disconnect the battery charger from the unit, after the battery is fully charged.
For storing the unit, a wall mount is provided, allowing the user to store the unit vertically, ready to be used at the moment notice.
Note: If the wall mount is screwed to the wall as recommended, the unit doesn't have to rest on the floor. On the other hand, if the wall mount is glued to the wall, main cleaner head should be resting on the floor in order to avoid stressing the connection (glue) between the wall mount and the wall. Personally, use screws to fix the wall mount where you like and don't bother about it any more ...
What's in the Box?
When Dibea E19Pro arrives, its box contains main floor nozzle with the brushroll optimized for carpets, cleaning wand, handheld unit, soft brushroll, 2-in-1 bristle brush, crevice tool, mini motorized brush, wall mount, soft brush, extensions hose, battery charger and manual.
Dibea E19Pro is convertible unit with all these tools accessories being detachable, allowing the user to set the cleaning configuration according to the requirements - it can easily clean surfaces from the floor to the ceiling.
Crevice Tool is intended for vacuuming tight and narrow areas and surfaces, edges, corners and similar.
2-in-1 Bristle Brush features wide nozzle cleaning tool and removable bristle brush - this tool is commonly used for daily pets' and children's messes.
Soft brushroll is used for vacuuming bare floors, including wooden and similar sensitive floors.
Soft brush is used for cleaning ceiling fans, for dusting desks, bookshelves, car interiors and similar.
Extension hose allows the user to attach other cleaning tools via flexible connection, and reach and clean awkward areas and surfaces.
Mini motorized brush features small rotating brushroll, ideal for picking up pet and human hair, fibers, lint from surfaces like stairs, smaller carpets and area rugs, upholstery, pet beds and similar.
While it does very good job, mini motorized tool is not maintenance free cleaning tool - it is up to the user to periodically remove tangled dirt from its rotating brushroll.
Dibea E19Pro comes with 12 months warranty.
Dibea E19Pro vs Dibea D18
Both Dibea E19Pro and Dibea D18 are convertible vacuum cleaners, designed to be used as stick and handheld vacuums. Although their appearance is similar, they differ in several important details:
- Dibea E19Pro is powered with 250 W motor, while Dibea D18 is powered with 120W motor,
- Dibea E19Pro features stronger suction (17/10 kPa vs 9/4 kPa),
- Dibea E19Pro features shorter operating time than Dibea D18 (30/20 min vs 45/25 min),
- Dibea E19Pro is powered with brushless motor, while Dibea D18 uses brushed motor,
- Dibea D18 lacks: soft brush, extensions hose and soft brushroll.
Dibea E19Pro costs more than Dibea D18, but the price difference is, IMHO, justified due to the more cleaning tools available and better features.
Long Story Short: If you are looking for versatile and affordable cordless convertible vacuum cleaner, consider Dibea E19Pro.
It is better unit than Dibea D18, but also lacks many details to be able to compete with high-end cordless units. But, it is cheaper than such units, sometimes even significantly.
