Coredy R750 Features and Specifications

Coredy R750 is powered by the onboard 14.8 volts (4-cell) 3200 mAh lithium-ion battery, which stores enough energy for the unit to operate up to 120 minutes when vacuuming bare floors.

When vacuuming carpets, operating time is shorter, depending on the carpet thickness, amount, and type of dirt and similar.

One of the very interesting features of Coredy R750 is its ability to be used as either a robot vacuum cleaner or as a robot mopping system - but, it can't be used as a robot vacuum/mop at the same time.

For Coredy R750 to be used as a robot vacuum cleaner, a dirt cup with a capacity of 0.5 liters is attached to the unit.

For Coredy R750 to be used as a robot mop, the dirt cup is detached and 0.3 liters water tank with mop pad is attached to the unit. Mop pads are washable and reusable.

Coredy R750 features automatic water control, allowing the user to adjust the water flow from Low (up to 150 minutes of mopping) to Medium (up to 120 minutes) and High (up to 90 minutes of mopping).

When the battery is almost fully discharged, Coredy R750 is able to autonomously locate and dock to the charging station - it takes 5-6 hours to fully recharge the battery, which can be a lot, but if the unit is using a daily cleaning scheduler, it is just fine.

Coredy R750 can be controlled in several ways, including IR remote controller (batteries included), voice control via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, and using Coredy Robot App - Coredy Robot App is not required, but it is recommended since it offers certain features that are not available using remote controller.

features

When being used as a robot vacuum cleaner, Coredy R750 cleans the floors using a pair of side brushes, main brushroll, and relatively strong suction.

We say 'relatively', because standard suction on the bare floors is 800 Pa, when the unit climb on a carpet and detect a carpeted area, suction is automatically increased to 1200 Pa. Also, if required, the user can increase suction to the maximum of 2000 Pa when the unit cleans extra tough messes and piles of dirt.

The climbing height of the Coredy R750 is 0.64 inches (15 mm) which is enough for most carpets. Thicker and softer carpets and area rugs can cause the wheels to dig in, preventing the unit from moving around any more.

Another very important feature is the support for boundary strips, which are also included (2x 6.6ft, ~2 meters). Boundary strips allow the user to set no-go zones - when the unit detects the boundary strip, it will not cross it.

Another reason why boundary strips are important is a relatively simple navigation system, aided by the set of onboard sensors (cliff sensors, magnetic sensors, etc.) - Coredy R750 does NOT support cleaning maps or any other mapping function. Also, it doesn't support the 'Recharge and Resume' feature, which is often reserved for more expensive robot vacuums.

Air filtration is good and is based on the washable sponge air filter and HEPA pleated air filter.

But, the manufacturer doesn't state the actual HEPA level of the air filtration system.

Both air filters are washable, keeping the maintenance costs low.

Coredy R750 Cleaning Modes

In order to more thoroughly clean the floors, Coredy R750 features several cleaning modes, including:

- Auto Cleaning: Coredy R750 cleans the floors in a random pattern. When the battery is discharged, the unit is able to locate autonomously the docking station and to recharge itself, waiting for another cleaning task.

- Spot Cleaning: Coredy R750 cleans the specific floor area (~3 feet in diameter) in the spiral motion. In order to clean the area more thoroughly, suction is increased.

- Single Room Cleaning: Coredy R750 cleans certain area for 30 minutes and then it stops. This cleaning mode is usually used for vacuuming single rooms or similar, limited area.

- Edge Cleaning: Coredy R750 follows the wall and clean its edges. Also, this cleaning mode is very useful when cleaning around the furniture legs.

- Manual Cleaning: Coredy R750 is controlled by the user via directional buttons on the remote controller.

What's in the Box?

When Coredy R750 arrives, the box contains 1x R750 Robotic Cleaner, 2x 6.6ft Virtual Boundaries, 1x Water Tank, 2x Mopping Pads, 4x Side Brushes, 1x Extra HEPA Filter, 1x Remote Control (2AAA Batteries Included), 1x Cleaning Brush, 1x Charging Dock, 1x AC Adapter, 1x Cleaning Brush,1x Setup Guide, User Manual, and Coredy Robot App Installation Manual.

Note: extra HEPA air filter allows the user to have one HEPA air filter in the unit, while another air filter is being washed and dried. Although Coredy R750 is relatively simple to use and maintain a robot vacuum/mop, when it arrives, it is highly recommended to read the manual thoroughly in order to get accustomed to your new unit.

How to Maintain Coredy R750

Just like any other robot vacuum cleaner, some maintenance is required in order for Coredy R750 to operate at peak performances. These tasks include:

- Clean the air filters once a week, or even more often if they get extra dirty quickly. Replace them every 2-3 months.

- Clean side brushes once a week and replace every 2-3 months or when required.

- Clean the brushroll every week, or even more often if the household has long hair pets. Also, if required, replace it every 3-6 months.

- Clean mopping pads after each use and replace every 3-6 months or when required.

- Empty the dirt cup after each use.

Also, clean other parts every month, especially sensors, charging contacts, and wheels.
